1. مقدمة

يحترم موقع اكسترا جول (Extra Goal) حقوق الملكية الفكرية للآخرين ويتوقع من مستخدميه فعل الشيء نفسه. وفقاً لقانون حماية حقوق المؤلف الرقمية (DMCA)، سنقوم بالرد السريع على الإخطارات المتعلقة بانتهاك حقوق الطبع والنشر التي يتم الإبلاغ عنها إلينا.

2. إخلاء مسؤولية للمحتوى

معظم المحتوى الإخباري والنتائج هي معلومات عامة، ولكن في حال وجود وسائط (صور أو فيديوهات) تعتقد أنها تنتهك حقوقك، يرجى العلم أننا لا نستضيف ملفات الفيديو على خوادمنا الخاصة، بل نقوم بتضمينها من مصادرها الأصلية (مثل YouTube أو Twitter) أو نعتمد على مصادر إخبارية عالمية.

3. كيفية تقديم طلب إزالة محتوى

تحديد العمل: وصف دقيق للمادة التي تزعم أنها انتهكت حقوقك.
رابط المحتوى: (URL) للمادة المخالفة على موقعنا.
معلومات الاتصال: اسمك، عنوانك، رقم هاتفك، وبريدك الإلكتروني.
إقرار بحسن النية: تصريح بأنك تعتقد أن استخدام المادة ليس مصرحاً به من صاحب الحق.
التوقيع: توقيع إلكتروني أو مادي لصاحب الحق.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA Agent with the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (URL).
Your contact information (Email and Phone number).
A statement of “Good Faith” that the use of the material is not authorized.
